FORMATION OF THE ASSOCIATION

“HOME X PEOPLE X HOME”

The year nineteen ninety-nine, on the sixteenth day of September in Viareggio and in my chambers,

16.9.1999

Next to me, FRANCESCO RIZZO, notary in Viareggio, with

office in Viaa Battisti, 15, on the Roll of Notaries of Lucca,

without the assistance of witnesses, and expressed waiver of those appearing agreed, with my consent, are present:

• BENEDETTI STEFANO, born in Viareggio on January 22nd 1962
• BALLANTI ELlSABETTA, born in Pontedera (Pl) on April 16th 1953
• LAURA BANDINELLI, born in Florence on May 24th 1957

Who agree upon the following:

An Association called “Home x People x Home” is formed amongst the above-mentioned appearing parties and amongst all those who will at a later date make a request for joining it and will subsequently be admitted therein. The Association is based in Camaiore, fraction of Nocchi, Via di Nocchi, 29.

The Association does not operate for profit in any of its activities, since it pursues the following purposes:

1 culture;

2 organization of a specific voluntary work; and,

3 consequentially, public charity actions.

In particular, the Association means to operate in favor of the populations of Sri Lanka and surrounding areas through the implementation of targeted projects in the territory aimed at improving the conditions of social, economic and sanitary degradation through appropriate development programs, including tools for the development of productive and commercial activities.

For the achievement of its goals, the Association may in the future contribute to programs providing aids to other Associations and public and private Institutions existing in the territory and ask in turn for their cooperation.
